What the Pho?

Pho is Vietnamese soup that is fantastic. I have tried beef and chicken Pho, in my opinion beef is the best.  The consists of chicken or beef broth, noodles (made of rice), onions, chili peppers, cilantro, lime, bean sprouts, and Thai basil. make it spice with sriracha sauce!
With the beef pho there is three ways I know that you can have it. One with strips of beef, with meatballs, or both. I like pho just with the strips of meat but I recommend that you try it with the meatballs.

Tamales

I went to my nephew's birthday party and we had Mexican Tamales with rice and beans. Mexican Tamales are small and made out of masa and are stuffed with meat or chicken or even cheese. There were three types of tamales at the party: pork, chicken, and cheese with jalapeno. I personally liked the cheese with jalapeno.
Where my family is from they have their own tamales. The difference between Salvadoran tamales and Mexican tamales in that the Salvadoran's are a bit bigger and are made of more masa. Also some tamales are cooked with banana leafs and others are made out of corn. However there is no limit to what you can put in your tamales. All will be if you enjoy! XD

Korean Food

This weekend I went to go eat  China town with my sister. We went to a Korean restaurant called Tofu Village and it was fantastic.Sadly I couldn't take pictures at the time however here is their website http://www.tofuvillage.net/Menu_Page2.html. The food is really good although it is up to you. I had the Stir Beef Bul Go Gi, which tastes like the meat from the food truck by the rec, but much better. The meat tasted sweet and was mixed with green beans and onions. We also had Bi Bim Bab which is a rice dish with carrots, cucumbers, beef, and beansprouts. And lastly we had Man Go Gook, which was a dumpling soup with beef, carrots, green onion, and an egg.
overall there is a lot of food. With the orders you a side of a small fish, assortment of vegetables to munch on before your food arrives.  I recommend you try it out!
