Dancing Squid

Hello my name is Karen and welcome to my blog. This blog is going to be food, but with a quirk. It is going to be about exotic foods, have to be creative with you food, and what other people create food. My first post is going to be something interesting. It is a Japanese dish called ika-don and was later renamed odori-don aka "dancing squid rice bowl".  Don't worry the squid is dead so it is not animal cruelty. What makes the squid dance is putting the soy sauce on the tentacles. There us s=very small amounts of electricity going through the tentacles when the soy sauce is added and temporarily reactivate making it look like it is dancing.
